Formosa 12 is located in Formosa Gardens, one of the most exclusive gated communities in the Disney area. The villa offers over 3,000 square feet of luxury living and is decorated to the highest standards. The villa features 3 large en-suite bedrooms, 2 themed bedrooms, family room with giant TV, games room, private pool and jacuzzi with fibre optic lighting.
Ground Floor:
- Bedroom 1 - Grand Master suite with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, private sitting area and french decor.
- Bedroom 2 – Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private access to the pool area.
- Bedroom 3 – Boys bedroom with televison and XBOX.
- Bedroom 4 – Girls princess style bedroom with TV and VCR.
- Family Room – Jungle style with deluxe leather sofas and giant TV. Access to the swimming pool area.
- Games room with full size pool table and air hockey table.
- Kitchen - Decorated with mahogany cabinets and equipped with black GE appliances and granite worktops plus breakfast area.
- Breakfast area - Seating for up to 4 persons.
- Dining Area – Seating for up to 8 persons.
- Laundry Room with washer and dryer.
First Floor:
